The Best Ever – Business Management Software Review

Down loading data from various companies did not work the same and eventually broke and I had to do a reinstall to fix the problem. They changed the options for reviewing downloaded transactions and it is not intuitive compared to the earlier product. I have been a faithful user since the early 2000 and was pleased with it. I also knew that the February deadline was coming fast and had no choice but move on to some other product. I cannot connect to my bank accounts. The other day when I tried to use the software, I have very simple question and it takes forever for their customer support to respond. Still, it is annoying to have to do this. If you want quicken to automatically download and sync to your accounts it works nicely.

I finally figured it out myself after a couple of frustrating hours on the phone with him, and finally I showed HIM how to enter the transaction. At that point he said he was sorry, the support techs are confused; they don't know how to enter these transactions. The result is that you have to babysit the process for fifteen or twenty minutes just to confirm each account independently. As a software engineer myself, honestly this software is the worst one I have ever experienced. The first day when I tried to use it, it has a fundamental bug to get the basic jobs done.
