they can’t steal identity with just that. They could however take your photo and put it on say myspace and claim that is them or that is their significant other… but that’s as far as it can go.
I actually have a friend that took a photo with a coworker and claims they are dating, but they aren’t. It’s stupid. I tease him for being so lame all the time.
