   If your computer has been taken over by an unknown source, the best thing to do is get law enforcement involved.

   Messing with programs that will possibly fix the problem, could make it 20 times worse.

   One thing you could do, is perform a complete system reformat. Unfortunately, this process will wipe all data on the pc.

   for now change all your passwords and notify anyone such as banks and credit card companies that your computer has been compromised with the info on it
