		<description>First of all when using the internet NEVER check the box that says remember my password or keep me signed in for 2 weeks unless I sign out, this gives hackers an easier way to find your password.

Don&#039;t throw out anything with your name on it if it is not shredded up first. I personally always burn everything of this nature.</description>
